Unser erster Familienurlaub in Tschechien war leider enttäuschend. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die traumhaft ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick, das freundliche Personal, ein solides Frühstück und das wirklich sehr gute Abendessen. ​Abgesehen davon ist das Hotel jedoch stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Treppenhäuser sind durch kaputte Teppiche gezeichnet. Die Zimmer bieten zwar frisch gestrichene Wände, sind aber ansonsten stark heruntergewirtschaftet: Im Dachgeschoss gibt es keine Klimaanlage, die Dachfenster sind undicht, kaputt und leicht angeschimmelt, und die Nachtrollos waren defekt. Das Bad wies lose Halterungen und einen kaputten Klodeckel auf. Entgegen der Ankündigung einer täglichen Reinigung wurde in 5 Tagen nur einmal auf Nachfrage oberflächlich geputzt (sonst nur Klorollen getauscht), wodurch das Zimmer meist unsauber wirkte. ​Die Kommunikation war extrem schwierig: Bis auf einen Mitarbeiter mit minimalem Englisch sprach das Personal weder Deutsch noch Englisch (nur Tschechisch/Ukrainisch). Bei Problemen (wie leerem Orangensaft oder defekter Kaffeemaschine) halfen nur Zeichensprache und Google Translate. Für ein Hotel mit internationalen Gästen ist das sehr unprofessionell. ​Fazit: Für tschechische Verhältnisse und diesen mangelhaften Zustand der Zimmer und Sauberkeit war das Hotel schlichtweg zu teuer. Abgesehen von der tollen Lage und dem guten Abendessen können wir leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen.
