Booked this stay for my parents as a Christmas gift. They thoroughly enjoyed it and said they would book again. I did tour the room with them on Face time and it looked lovely and quaint.

Clean, but needing updates. Friendly onsite staff, convenient location near tons of shopping and restaurants. The full kitchen in the room would have been extremely useful for an extended stay.

We loved our stay, we came in late and left early but stayed for breakfast. The sweet lady was so nice and made sure all our needs were met wish I would have gotten her name. We were so grateful for easy check in as we had traveled 16 hours. Will stay here again for sure.

The room was very clean, the staff was excellently nice and helpful. The room was perfect for a long stay with a small kitchenette. For a couple, a second chair for the table/desk would be helpful. A little updating could also be helpful. It was perfectly clean and we would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ashley. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that it had a standard refrigerator and stove. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. This is my second time staying there and I will keep it in mind for future needs.

It've stayed here before. The staff, including Paula, are wonderful. This hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel itself could use a refresh. Can't beat the price and location.

Didn't use any amenities. Ended up here when the Red Roof Erlanger was a cesspool we wouldn't stay at. Ashley is a great quiet place we will be back to.

Carpet could be replaced and there were limited outlets around the bed. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. We will be staying next month for a concert.

8/10 Very good

This is a good hotel for the price. They are very sweet and helpful. I feel that there is a lot of long-term residents there but it is an extended stay so that makes sense. I personally only stayed two nights and for those two nights it was very peaceful. The rooms were cleaned but they do need to update some of the windows and paint. But the AC worked great the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all six of us. All in all I would choose this over a lot of other hotels around this location.

8/10 Very good

Very clean family owned lodging. Pride of ownership showed. Very welcoming experience. The Continental style breakfast revolved around fruit, cereals and prepared microwavable or toastable foods vs. fresh. It was certainly adequate, but not my thing. That said, a nice place to stay near many restaurants and retails a very short commute from CVG.

8/10 Very good

Older property. Was a little rough around the edges, but the staff was very nice and I can tell they try very hard to keep the facility as clean as they can. One issue was a missing window screen and I like having the windows open but this time of year let the bugs in. So I had a little extra work dealing with the bugs, but not too bad. Good rate.
