I really liked this place. The staff stood out the most — they were genuinely kind and easy to talk to, not in that forced “service smile” way, but naturally welcoming. The interior is simple but well designed, everything feels intentional and comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better — close to everything without the noise or chaos. It just had a calm, pleasant atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again.

Property was ok - the room was definitely not worth what I paid per night…the bathroom tiles were cracked and mouldy, the shower leaked everywhere after use and overall the room was in a shabby state. Room ammenities were poor. Location is in the centre of town and the staff are friendly.

The manager Batu & his assistant Batu (2!) were first class.. nothing was too much trouble! Batu 2 came to ferry & carried our cases back to hotel, then up stairs, which was marvellous! Great view & balcony from our room but need a moveable umbrella so can enjoy it as otherwise it was far too hot! Very convenient location & friendly atmosphere at reception! Would highly recommend..

La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée manquait cruellement d’entretien : absence de lumière dans la douche, poussière accumulée, draps tachés et troués, et nous y avons même trouvé un cafard. Heureusement, le personnel de l’hôtel s’est montré très réactif et compréhensif. Ils nous ont immédiatement changés de chambre pour un hébergement bien plus propre et en nettement meilleur état. Si nous avions bénéficié de cette seconde chambre dès notre arrivée, notre note globale aurait été un poil supérieure.

Geçen senede bu otelde kalmıştık ve her şey harikaydı, bu sene çatı katındaki odayı seçtik ancak sonradan anladık ki çatı katı odalarında galiba iki farklı seçenek mevcut. Fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz alan genişliği ile karşılaştığımız arasında büyük fark vardı. Bizim kaldığımız oda ekstra küçük, az ışıklı (küçük camlardan dolayı) ve çatı olduğu için odanın serinlemesi çok zaman aldı. Duşun tavan yüksekliğinden dolayı sadece 1 adım atılabiliyor içeri (boyum 1.88) geri kalan kısımda tavan yüksekliği alçaldığı için. Tuvalette ekstra küçüktü klozet ile lavabo arasında yeterli mesafe yoktu. Kötü tatil deneyimi için üzgünüm. Çalışan personellerin hepsi çok nazikti.

İki gece iki farklı odada konakladık. İkisi de çok temizdi. Personel çok yardımcı oldu. Odalarda mini buzdolabı var. Dizaynı yeni. 2-3 dk yürüyerek meydana çıkıyorsunuz. Yıl dönümümüzü kutladık. Gittiğimizde odamızda çok güzel ikramlıklar vardı. Kahvaltısına gelecek olursak harikaydı. Kahvaltılıkları ve ara sıcakları tazecik ve lezzetliydi.
