Highly recommend hotel and located close to the old town. Clean rooms and closeby parking (paid). Breakfast was good.

Spacious modern room, excellent bathroom. Large bed, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, nice welcome, great buffet choice at breakfast. Definitely returning.

I enjoyed breakfast (though a bit too much for me). A room is clean and has enough space.

8/10 Very good

The property has been recently renovated with a nice bathroom and spacious interior. The desk and reception staff were terrific however the cleaning staff ignored our sign to clean the room. The only other complaint is that the mattress on the king sized bed sloped toward the outside on both sides of the bed. This was particularly annoying when we were trying to read.

Overpriced

Great staff and facilities but very disappointed with lack of air conditioning, very small room, very dimly lit, had to use my phone torch to try and get the air conditioner working to no avail and use torch to see the numbers on the safe. Very overpriced. Although our second visit we will be weighing up the options before returning again

2/10 Poor

4/10 Fair

No customer service

Very inflexible booking policy. Does not pick up the phone or respond to emails. They charged me for changed reservation and a no show when my plans changed, but didn't issue an invoice.

The hotel is generally nice, but a few things could be improved: The fan in the bathroom. It turns on and off automatically and sounds like a jet engine. It ran for 20 min when I had not showered and one hour when I had. I stopped turning on the lights to avoid setting off the noise. My travel companion in another room had the same problem. Lights in the room are very dim, which is fine for relaxing, but not so great for packing and finding ones stuff in a hurry etc. The cafe was very nice, but this and the reception is only open 7-20, which means it is impossible to buy an early or late hot beverage, but there is also no kettle in the room. This was not great for me, but probably works fine for others.

I was charge 12 Euro to much. Asked the woman in reception if she can fix, she could not. Need to ask Director first. We left, we could not wait for his decision. Very old culture way of treating customer. Cant support that.

Anbefales her fra

Godt placeret hotel.

A) Kamer is ronduit donker. Erg vriendelijk. WiFi internet is redelijk.
