We had the best time in Hillstone Bodrum Hotel & Spa. The staff was very welcoming, professional, friendly and very helpful. Mr Ceng at the front desk was very professional and to the maximum helpful, he made the check-in and checkout very smooth. Most of the reception staff spoke perfect English, they were very helpful and knew about sightseeing places very well. Can’t wait to visit this Hotel again.

very comfortable and clean hotel with nice stuff and beitifull pool with new blankets and towels and bar all around the clock. Unfortunately at the restaurant nobody speaks English so no way to order sparkling water or ask for anything etc.. Spa, Fitness, beach shuttle we did not use..

Spring holiday

Great location just a short walk (25 mins) from the marina and seafront. Amazing pool areas and staff are really helpful/attentive. Self service for breakfast would of been better rather than being served...the honey on the comb was delicious.

Beautiful hotel, bad client experience

Beautiful suite, great views of the sea and Bodrum. Good breakfast. Spacious gym, several beautiful hammam rooms. Friendly people and great service at the bar and restaurant. Reception personell is a big problem of this hotel. Unprofessional and don't give a thing about guests experience. Cleaning was a problem until we escalated to mgt. Heated pool wasn't heated.

Location: Excellent, nice view of Bodrum. Hotel: Nice property, looks like new. There was an ad about starbucks opening soon. Room: We stayed on panoramic suite, and it was excellent Hotel amenities: Some restaurants were closed. Spa was good. Cleaning was good as well. Service: Service staff is very attentive, and trying to do their best. There was not much guests during our stay though. Do not ever attempt to bargain on anything with the lady on the reception. She is though. Food: I think food is the weakest part of the hotel. It was not much tasty according to all in our party. Breakfast is below the bar on turkish standards, but still over the bar on US standards. At some point hotel was out of potatoes, and i think this explains how well they were prepared for food service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay on this hotel, and I would recommend it, although food service needs some improvement.

1 star hotel pretending to be 5 star

The management of this hotel are an insult to humanity and that’s being kind !!! Air conditioning doesn’t work, bath leaks, generally very untidy and tired. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star rating it simply is not !!!! This is a 3 star hotel that is massively overpriced. The manager lied to me about a booking and the owner backed her up, I ended up paying twice for 1 night and to add insult to injury the manager continued to call my room at 2.30am then sent someone to knock on the door at 2.40am just to take payment when I had already paid over £1000 and had agreed to sort out the issue in the morning. This behaviour is disgraceful, I can only imagine the hotel are point blank desperate to operate in this manner. 1 star I accept the desperation not 5 star !!!!!!!

Bazı kötü yorumlarda dolayı tereddütlüydüm ama otele giriş yaptığım andan itibaren hiçbir kötü tecrübe yașamadım, havuz temizdi ve genel olarak çok kalabalık değildi. Havuz başında servis daha hızlı olabilirdi ama bu büyük bir sıkıntı değil tabi ki. Kahvaltıda çeşitlilik ve lezzet gayet güzeldi. Oda ferah ve temizdi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil geçirdik.
