We had the best time in Hillstone Bodrum Hotel & Spa. The staff was very welcoming, professional, friendly and very helpful. Mr Ceng at the front desk was very professional and to the maximum helpful, he made the check-in and checkout very smooth. Most of the reception staff spoke perfect English, they were very helpful and knew about sightseeing places very well. Can’t wait to visit this Hotel again.

En af de bedste hoteller jeg har været på. Kan varmt anbefales. Personalet er respektfulde, hjælpsomme og venlige. Hygiejnen var rigtig god. Der var en masse faciliteter man kan benytte sig af.

J’ai passé une agréable semaine dans cet hôtel, tout est beau, et très propre, le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients, la vue est magnifique, une salle de sport très bien équipée et un super SPA. Je reviendrai Inchallah. Merci

Bazı kötü yorumlarda dolayı tereddütlüydüm ama otele giriş yaptığım andan itibaren hiçbir kötü tecrübe yașamadım, havuz temizdi ve genel olarak çok kalabalık değildi. Havuz başında servis daha hızlı olabilirdi ama bu büyük bir sıkıntı değil tabi ki. Kahvaltıda çeşitlilik ve lezzet gayet güzeldi. Oda ferah ve temizdi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil geçirdik.

We had an incredible time at Hillstone. The hotel staff were the true highlight, exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The grounds are beautiful, the suites are spacious, and the breakfast buffet and spa were fantastic.

beautifull hotel in Bodrum for relaxing

very comfortable and clean hotel with nice stuff and beitifull pool with new blankets and towels and bar all around the clock. Unfortunately at the restaurant nobody speaks English so no way to order sparkling water or ask for anything etc.. Spa, Fitness, beach shuttle we did not use..

Genel olarak otelin hizmetinden memnun kaldık fakat alakart yemeklerin tek tip olması sürekli aynı yemeklerin çıkması bizi biraz hayal kırıklığına uğrattı yemekler dışında herhangi bir sıkıntımız yoktu kahvaltı da gayet iyiydi

Lovely pool, comfortable bed. Disappointing customer service and disabled access and facilities, even though I contacted the hotel in advance. Seaview room, view obstructed by another property being built. Overpriced.

The worst place I’ve ever been in my live, we had to call the police on the staff for the treatments we got. Our check in and check out was a nightmare. Ruined our entire vacation.

Location: Excellent, nice view of Bodrum. Hotel: Nice property, looks like new. There was an ad about starbucks opening soon. Room: We stayed on panoramic suite, and it was excellent Hotel amenities: Some restaurants were closed. Spa was good. Cleaning was good as well. Service: Service staff is very attentive, and trying to do their best. There was not much guests during our stay though. Do not ever attempt to bargain on anything with the lady on the reception. She is though. Food: I think food is the weakest part of the hotel. It was not much tasty according to all in our party. Breakfast is below the bar on turkish standards, but still over the bar on US standards. At some point hotel was out of potatoes, and i think this explains how well they were prepared for food service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay on this hotel, and I would recommend it, although food service needs some improvement.

1 star hotel pretending to be 5 star

The management of this hotel are an insult to humanity and that’s being kind !!! Air conditioning doesn’t work, bath leaks, generally very untidy and tired. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star rating it simply is not !!!! This is a 3 star hotel that is massively overpriced. The manager lied to me about a booking and the owner backed her up, I ended up paying twice for 1 night and to add insult to injury the manager continued to call my room at 2.30am then sent someone to knock on the door at 2.40am just to take payment when I had already paid over £1000 and had agreed to sort out the issue in the morning. This behaviour is disgraceful, I can only imagine the hotel are point blank desperate to operate in this manner. 1 star I accept the desperation not 5 star !!!!!!!

Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und Aufenthalt im Hillstone Bodrum Resort! Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage mit einem grandiosen Blick auf Bodrum! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber! Jeder Wunsch wird sofort erfüllt! Ich Reise sehr viel und zähle dieses Hotel nun zu meinen Lieblingshotels und komme sehr gerne wieder!
