It describes itself as one of the finest Inner Harbour hotels in Victoria, BC. I am unsure if this is a reflection off the quality of hotels in the area, but I hope it isn't. The location is great and the carpark was convenient, but that's probably were it ends.

I had an amazing room. It was huge with a king size bed. The room was tucked in a corner so very quiet. It was clean. It had 4 huge windows so plenty of natural light. Front desk staff was great...and with a awesome sense of humor. I have stayed here before and knew it would be a great stay. Will definitely book my next stay in Victoria at the Quality Hotel.

Hotel had a great location , very walkable throughout the downtown Didn't like NO air conditioning -two portable fans Had to Pay for parking [nothing indicated on hotel.com] The toilets are very old and too low to the ground hard for seniors and upgrade would be appreciated Express my thoughts to the front desk and her response was UUH Room very Clean

Good location. I didn’t drive and the hotel was close to the bus stop that takes you to Sidney for a day trip and also to and from Swartz Bay. I was able to take a day trip to Sidney and Salt Spring Island without a car!

A “value” hotel in the heart of downtown Victoria. Excellent proximity to attractions and the inner harbor. Hotel is dated and not in the best repair. Room was not very soundproof, and lots of light leaked in through the door frame, and even beyond the blackout curtains, which were not very close to the glass. Clean enough in the obvious areas, but not well-maintained. For instance, well, our bathroom was mostly clean, on the ceiling we saw grime and bits of pubic hair stuck to it, and bottom of the door was chipping away with rotting plywood. But the towels were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were great. Free wifi. Extra charges for parking and a rollaway cot.

This quality Inn is a very old building. There was no AC and Victoria in August is very hot and humid. Location was good very walkable. The staff were friendly. But there was pink mould in the shower and the top of the toilet was very dusty. Also, kitchenette didn’t seem that clean
