Vienna House Easy Berlin

Lo mejor: Su precio, pues conseguí una tarifa de 60€ con desayuno x 4 noches. La habitación muy espaciosa en una planta alta. El desayuno buffet bueno. Lo peor: El entorno, nada de nada que hacer. Solamente una pizzería cruzando el puente sobre el Metro a mano derecha. Quizás el Front of House debería de tener más información sobre el Ocio en Berlín, no nos pudieron aconsejar nada sobre Restauración en la zona y sobre Roof Bars de la ciudad.

Todo bien pero lejos del centro

Easy to get to anywhere in Berlin on S-Bahn or trams. Very comfortable and clean, excellent breakfast, reasonably priced.

This is a really nice hotel, and an absolute steal for the price we paid. Very clean throughout. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help make your stay a pleasant one. Breakfast was basic, but very nice all the same. The breakfast room may benefit from being a little bigger - over the weekend it gets really busy! I’ll definitely consider staying here again in future.

I am giving this score because of the dismissive attitude of the management of the Vienna House Easy Hotel in Berlin. I stayed in this hotel for eleven days in July 2019. The weather was very hot and there was an air conditioning problem in the hotel. Every day I spoke with the front desk, every day a new person and a new excuse. First, they denied the problem. Afterward, they said to me that the problem was well known by the site I made the reservation, Hotels.com. After three days they gave me a little fan that actually did not help. After seven days I was transferred to another room, with a little better situation. Back home, I wrote a complaint to Hotels.com. The answer was they did not get any notes from Vienna House about the problem and ask the Vienna House Easy Hotel for compensation. Finally, the Vienna House Easy Hotel sent me a very small compensation after three months they made any possible thing to avoid it. I must point out the great help of Hotels.com. Many other hotel options in Berlin.
