Comfort and.Location at a Great Price

I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay. From the moment I walked in and was helped, it was fantastic. I had requested a quieter room on the top floor, they took note of that and were able to accommodate. They put me in a room upstairs, on the back side of the property. The room itself was huge! You can tell these were likely apartments at one point. I would say it’s about 800+ square feet. Beyond the roomy front room, there was a nice kitchen, large bedroom and great AC. The location was right in the thick of it. Beyond the nice Cuban restaurant on-site, there were several other restaurants ranging from Americana to Mexican and more. There were also a few European-stem bakeries, and a CVS just a few blocks away. Overall this was a fantastic stay, and well worth the money compared to other nearby hotels and BNBs.

When we asked for the room we booked, we were told Expedia books whatever room is available and not what we actually requested. We did not have enough sleeping space for us. Front desk staff is always great here, this time even better, just smiles, friendliness, and professional demeanor. He did it all, and with speed and politeness. I wish the cleaning staff would not fill the air or maybe the carpet with deodorizer, it is hard to breathe, all you want to do is open the windows, it takes so long to get used to or rid of that smell. it should not be confused with being clean. in fact it feels like they are masking bad smells that come with not being clean.

We arrived early directly off our cruise and we were able to store our luggage and change and enjoy the beach for a few hours until our room was ready. The room was clean and very spacious any comfortable for our 2 day stay.We would definitely stay again. Location was close to many restaurants and shopping and only a five minutes walk to the beach.
