The room we stayed in was basic but close to so much and we didn’t spend much time in the room. We paid for parking which made everything easier. The pool was clean and the bartender was a plus. The hotel offered beach items like chairs and snorkels. There is a restaurant and the hotel is walking distance to others. The best part besides the weather…the staff!!! Would stay here again.

The bedrooms are a fantastic, comfortable size with plenty of space to relax—much bigger than what you usually find at this price point. The pressure of the shower, amazing! A huge standout was the incredible service. The staff at both the pool and the breakfast restaurant were exceptionally nice, attentive, and welcoming every single day. The location it’s incredibly convenient and well-located for getting around, 7 min walk to the beach.

The room is ok, although wasn't as clean as we hope it would be. The kitchen is great with very nice cookware which is a big plus. Fantastic location as it is walking distance from lots of restaurant and shopping malls. We were delighted to be able to check in earlier and Vince was VERY friendly and helpful, great start to our stay. As does the lady who helped us checked out (an Asian lady with long hair). Exception was one other lady at counter whom we have encountered a few times and felt was not too friendly which was a bit surprising for a hospitality professional in Hawaii

Right after checking in get pods for laundry use and dryer sheets from Don Quixote or foodland. Get that ayce breakfast buffet at least once for that view from the Terrace. Get your bus pass or walk; unless you have a group of 6 or more skip a rental vehicle. Uber / Lyft is convenient and affordable. 3rd year in a row staying here and will be back again.
