We had a great time in this hotel from checking in to checking out. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were given a welcome drink which we didn’t expect. The staff were very warm and extremely welcoming. Also when we checked out the staff went over and beyond by showing us where the bus stop is for going to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic in the room, staff, bar(restaurant for breakfast) and breakfast even though the reasonable cost. This is the first one I look for the vacancy once the trip to Wien decided. Only Concerning is about the difficulty for booking in the future.

The cost was reasonable when we stayed, but we feel concern if the cost increase due to the congestion. The accommodation fee should have been invoiced and paid at the hotel, not paid in advance in case the local payment was selected. We would like to stay at this hotel beyond next visiting to Wien.

I had a fabulous stay at the Palais Rudolf. It's just re-opened after a refit, so needless to say everything was in immaculate condition and beautifully appointed. The hotel has an ideal location, just a few minutes walk from the city centre, but on a really quiet little square. My room was spacious, comfortable and very cosy - I reallly feel the cold, but was always the perfect temperature here. The bathroom was very elegant with a gigantic shower and lovely-smelling toiletries. The real stand-outs were the staff who are all so friendly and had great attention to detail, for example the gentleman on the front desk always remembered I liked a cup of tea when I came in. Everyone was happy to chat, offer suggestions and ask what I'd been up to, but weren't at all overbearing. It was my birthday during my stay and I was treated to delicious patisserie and a hand-written card, which was a really kind touch. Thanks also to the sommelier in the bar who recommended just the right wine (and more cake!) to celebrate and gave lots of great Vienna information. The only tiny negative was that my room was on the inner courtyard, so no view and a bit dark, but that was my fault for just booking the cheapest room! Overall, the attention to detail and the right balance between feeling fancy, but not stuffy, made for a really memorable stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location of Vienna with easy access to the various sights to visit. The hotel is beautiful, the staff magnificent and the breakfast buffet excellent. We used the in-house training facilities/gym that was spacious and clean and adequately equipped. The only thing I missed was lighter dumbbells. Highly recommendable!
