The woman at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. The pool and hot tub area is clean and full of fresh towels. The room was clean and well laid out. The breakfast was your classic hotel breakfast and the staff was busy making sure that all food was stocked and the trash was taken out promptly. Perfect for a one night stay with a kiddo.

The facility itself was very clean. It would have been helpful to have a clock, paper and pen in the room. We were extremely disappointed with the pool and hot tub. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because they had a pool and hot tub. Both the pool and the hot tub did not look clean at all especially the hot tub. It looked filthy. We were shocked that such a facility would allow an amenity like that to be so disgusting looking. We did not go in either one. The whole time we were there we only saw 2 children in the pool. It would help the hotel immensely if they fixed those two items to be clean like other hotels.
