The rooms were well decorated and very clean. The breakfast is excellent and the outdoor setting is ideal. There are chairs at the hotel, the KKO beach club. However, an excellent amenity is OBH guests can get chairs at 3 other beach clubs and use the beach gym. Location is ideal to go to the Village restaurants and shops, as they're a short 2-3 min walk. 10-15 min to Grand Case and Marigot, by car. Hotel staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend 5 days during our vacation in St. Maarten! The location is fantastic—close to both the beach and a variety of eateries. The property itself is quiet and clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant whenever we needed anything. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was a bit limited, but perfectly fine—and you can purchase extras if needed in the morning. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were provided too. Highly recommend!

I recently celebrated my 65th birthday with a solo stay at Orient Beach Hotel, and it was everything I had hoped for. Keem at the front desk was personable and professional, Myriam, the General Manager, made me feel truly welcome, and the entire staff—from the evening front desk to housekeeping—were consistently warm, accommodating, and attentive. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located on Orient Beach, with great restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance. I rented a car, and parking was easy everywhere, making it simple to explore the island. It was the perfect setting to relax and celebrate such a special milestone. Although I travel to St. Maarten often, this was my first stay on the French side, and it won’t be my last. Orient Beach Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning. Thank you for making my milestone birthday so memorable!

Yes the pool was very enjoyable because the ocean and beach area was extremely windy. The beach was covered with seaweed nothing they can help. The bar was great and the staff at KKO very nice. The rooms were very nicely arranged and loved the style. Very peaceful place. Loved the fact they had a large water bottle cooling in the small fridge. Loved the restaurants in the village.

The hotel doesn’t have a reception desk, but this doesn’t interfere with the fast and efficient service. Excellent location. Great beach, despite the seaweed on the sand — they are always cleaning it. Good breakfast: croissants, bread, French butter. Very quiet. Excellent blackout curtains with electric controls. There are no meals available; I didn’t visit the KKÔ beach bar in the afternoon — it seems they only serve light snacks. There is an excellent place for dinner in Orient Village.

This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. The grounds are gorgeous and the walk through the gardens to the beach took my breath every time. We are already planning our return trip next year.

Miriam and the gentlemen that checked us in and out were very friendly and polite. Rooms were very nice and clean and a great water view ! TV was spotty first three days but we later found out they were having issues with their new provider, it was fine after 3 days. A little more education on how the beach clubs worked would have been helpful. It would have been nice to know that the KKO Club was only open for breakfast before arriving as the website was a little misleading. Over all a great stay, amazing location, 90 second walk from any room to the waters edge! And a 5 minute walk to Orient Village with plenty of restaurant options and food was amazing everywhere! Beach clubs were also great.
