Really nice hotel, easy to find from the train station. Staff was amazing and helpful with luggage. The room could use some vacuuming but besides that is was quiet and the shades made it possible to go complete dark in the bedroom for a great sleep! Lots of space and a full functional kitchen! This property is actually a multi level Aged care facility and vacant rooms are rented out so that should be made clear I believe - it’s not really a hotel but I had checked ‘hotel’ only for my search so I believe this is not represented fairly. The room was not like the pictures it was more a dorm style tiled floor room - good if you like a big room Internet went down the first night and was intermittent the second

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a balcony. It was actually part of a retirement complex and very nice too with a cafe, restaurant and leisure activities. We didn’t use the pool as unfortunately it was closed for maintenance when we visited. If we had more time, we would have tried out the restaurant as it looked a very reasonable 15E for the set menu. Arriving by train it was just one stop on the metro or about 20 mins walk to the bottom of the old town.

A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Professional and friendly staff, very quiet area and our sleep was perfect! Supermarket is next door. Walkable diatance to transoprt links- train and bus station to reach other cities aswell as exploring Citta Alta. The only downside was limited amount on international channels and no YouTube on TV.

We really enjoyed our stay at Quarto Verde apartments. The apartment was very clean and had decent amenities. The location is in a quiet residential area of Bergamo, about 10 mins walk from the main train station area. It seemed to us that there were quite a lot of 'elderly' potentially permanent residents staying at Quarto Verde, which was unusual from the usual accommodations we stay in for city breaks, but we had no problem with that and i think those guests with their demeanour, doggy companions added a certain calm, relaxed atmosphere to the place. Staff were all fine and the coffee bar, seating area, wall pictures, displayed items eg: old style cinema camera added further interest to the place. Il Gigante supermarket 5 mins walk away which was helpful and there were a few nearby restaurants that the staff were able to recommend and direct us to ( Picollo is literally round the corner about 100metres from the apartments.

The apartment was much bigger than we expected. Free parking was important for us. For the indoor pool you can buy a mandatory swimming cap from the reception. The sauna was unfortunately not on but overall we were very satisfied with the apartment and the location. You can reach the city center by foot or by bus.

Great place to stay in; convieniently located about 15-20 mins from Bergamo Airport and taxi about €20; train station and bus station about 10mins walk from the property. The staff were all lovely at reception and the rooms and facilities are clean and beds comfortable. Will definetly stay again the only down side with Bergamo is taxis can be scarce.
