No breakfast buffet, only à la carte available (and I felt it was expensive- 21$ for store-bought granola/ berries/yogurt), they no longer include tea or coffee in the rooms. The rooms were clean the staff were kind and the bed was comfortable. There is a fair bit of noise from the road and construction so recommend ear plugs. Nice location, walkable to the forks, but felt more comfortable to not walk in the other areas.

The location is perfect in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. Important to know that there is an escalator that takes you underneath the hotel and allows you to access most of the buildings in the downtown area from underneath the street.
