This hotel was exceptional. They were kind enough to leave flowers in my room because I was in town to attend a funeral and the lovely gentleman in the lounge that comforted me as I was a little teary while having my dinner was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. Important to know that there is an escalator that takes you underneath the hotel and allows you to access most of the buildings in the downtown area from underneath the street.

Hotel and staff were great! Only disappointment was that their website shows photos of a hot tub which has since been removed so that needs to be updated as we specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub.
