6/10 Good

My trip happened during a very rainy time, so the poor air conditioner worked overtime. Which really didn’t help, as it was still pretty damp in the room unfortunately. Not the best, nor the worst of places I’ve ever stayed. Breakfast was consistently decent. Nights were noisy by those who seemed to live on premise. Location to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations & the interstate was great! Had a few issues with my key card and getting into my room and one night, the front door would not open; had to open it manually for whatever reason.

8/10 Very good

Ive stayed at this hotel for three weeks on business trip. The staff is very friendly, and very helpful with my only complaint. The room keys don't work well at all, I constantly had to go to the front desk to get new keys. One night I went outside for a cigarette and the key wouldn't let me back in the sneither the side entrance nor my room. That night i went to the desk only to find a sign saying"be back in a few, if you need help cal #####, the problem would estimate that over the 14 nighrs I stayed I had to get over 20 replacement keys. Its incredibly irritating to get off work and then have to wait in line at the frint desk just to get a key. I asked if I was the only guest with this issue and was told I wasn't alone.

Our check in with Sandra was quick and easy. She was very friendly and happy to answer our questions. Location was convenient for us and parking was good. Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to have access to coffee and tea at all times. Having a fridge and microwave along with coffee maker in our rooms was a bonus. Be able to sit and visit with our local friends in the lobby made it more like visiting at home. Thank you to everyone for making our stay warm and welcoming.

We liked that it felt like a newer hotel. Everything was in good shape. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area.

Large room, comfy bed, good water pressure in shower. Easy to find. However, breakfast isn’t available til 7:00 am, the A/C was loud (but effective) and the general area invites loud vehicles/ motorcycles that rev and race til after midnight. Better windows may have helped with that.
