Hidden gem

The front desk attendant she was efficient and customer service oriented

Clean and comfortable for a business trip. There are no frills or thrills to be had but no bed bugs or lot lizards and that's a plus for the price.

Everything was good. Everybody was nice. I got the Jacuzzi room. It could’ve been fixed up a little bit, but all in all everything worked out I’d probably go back.

The room smelled bad, carpets are very worn, burn holes on the sheets and comforter. The toilet sit very close to the shower wall (handicap room) and hard to get to the toilet paper. The air conditioner didn't work and it got warm outside and in the room. Jackie at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Her customer service is impeccable and hard to find.

Room Conditions Upon Arrival

I didn’t like how the room had burn holes in the sheet, burn marks from cigarettes on the sink, smoke stains in the shower curtain, and cracked mirror above the jacuzzi. Not to mention the tv didn’t even work. On a positive side the bed itself was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub in the room was incredible. There seemed to have been a remodel done at one point, but the overall appearance of the room was lack luster when my husband and I arrived for our stay. Staff was great and friendly.

Ongoing renovations give hope

As with the last time I stayed, there was a big crack in the bathroom, this time in the shower. The soap dish was hanging by a thread. The mirror was also cracked, but comfort and cleanliness were in good supply. I was a little disappointed to see a couple of roaches this time: one adult and one baby, seen on different days. There's a nice room for breakfast, but they only offer coffee and juice. That wasn't a problem for me this time, but it's another way in which the property has unrealized potential.

The stay was good worn out bed cover but the maid came into my room at 9am without knocking while in was in a personal situation. I informed front desk ask manager to call me and have gotten no response.

While the room was technically clean the curtains, sheets, and blankets all had cigarettes burns/ holds in them. The microwave was plugged into a lamp which didn't work so it also didn't work. Most of the wall outlets were broken in some way or another. Overall I understand I got what I paid for the only highlight of the room was the hottub and the very nice person who checked us in.

The hot rub did provide as expected and was hot enough. The remote for the TV required new batteries, which the front desk counnot provide as they didn't have any. The bed was super comfy. The property looked and was slighty run down.

2/10 Poor

Nothing good to say about this property... bed bugs and they just cleaned the room for the next person.

It's a dump. The AC unit in my room rattled constantly and when I asked for a new room the person at the front desk was not shy about letting me know it was an inconvenience for her.
