Minha experiência foi muito abaixo do esperado. As áreas comuns apresentam falta evidente de limpeza, com carpete sujo e resíduos espalhados, como mostram as fotos. O quarto tinha acúmulo de pó (inclusive em cortinas e ar-condicionado), o que desencadeou crise alérgica. O banheiro é extremamente pequeno e escuro, e não há fotos dele no aplicativo, o que considero uma omissão relevante na divulgação. O pior ponto foi o forte cheiro de esgoto durante a estadia. Além disso, havia materiais de obra deixados na escada, comprometendo a segurança. Esperava condições mínimas de higiene, manutenção e transparência nas informações.

Quarto ok, mas o banheiro extremamente sujo, falta manutenção. O ralo estava enferrujado, espelho velho. Conseguia ouvir perfeitamente todos os barulhos de TODOS os quartos, dos lados e de cima (estava no primeiro andar). Além disso, me colocaram em um quarto com uma porta que dava direto para o quarto ao lado e tudo que faziam parecia que estavam dentro do nosso quarto. Não tinha sabonete líquido no pote dentro do box. O ralo do banheiro além de enferrujado estava entupido, o que causava alagamento e a água ficava quase nas canelas.

Ótima localização, recepcionistas atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar, mas o quarto ao qual fiquei os moveis estavam quebrados, não condiziam com as fotos do site (não sei se todos são assim, mas o meu era), sendo que o chuveiro do banheiro não saia água direito devido está com a tubulação interna do mesmo enferrujada (acredito eu), chamei o responsável que me informou que era assim mesmo e não resolve, sei que não era assim pois o chuveiro da piscina saia muita água e na região ao redor também. Acredito que este ponto deveria ser melhorado, pois a cidade faz muito frio e não tem como tomar banho com aquele pouco de água que sai. Fora isso não tenho o que reclamar.

En general la estadía fue buena. La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno aceptable. Te brindan sillas y sombrilla para la playa de ser necesario. La habitación es pequeña, lo veo acorde para estadías cortas. El baño un poco antiguo.
