Staff at the desk when we checked in were pleasant and helpful, giving us a few tips about the area. The hotel is spotless. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with clean bathrooms. There is a nice lobby bar and a restaurant on the premises which is very convenient. We would stay here again.

Stayed in the area to check out Lake Shelbyville. I liked the hotel. It was nice and quiet. The only issue was the faucet was clogged, but other than that I had no issues. I will probably be back if I'm in the area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Suites Mattoon East. Out of the several hotels available we chose this one. It was clean and spacious! Plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable! That is a huge plus. The staff were very polite and you can’t beat the complimentary breakfast! I will definitely stay here again!

Great place to rest on a long road trip. Everything was clean except the pull out bed. Sheets were still on it from the last person and stained. Other than that all of the staff were friendly and clearly take care of the property.
