The hotel has a cute charm to the lobby and sitting rooms on the second floor. Very instagram picture worthy. We had no problems with email codes to get into the rooms. Parking out front was full so we had to go around the block a few times to park and unload. We paid for parking which is at the Courtyard a few blocks away. It worked fine, but isn't convenient if you are going in and out. We found some trash under our bed, and a cockroach or two in the bathroom.

I really love this room. It felt like a studio apartment and was so comfortable and peaceful. Walking distance to so many things. They do not have an assigned parking lot but a partner with a Marriott around the way where you could pay for parking. I personally found street parking which was a little bit more difficult but worth it for the central location. There is not a traditional front desk all night, but it did feel very much like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it felt like a home away from home.

We had a great stay at the Metropolitan. Very comfortable and nicely appointed king room. The staff was very accommodating when we arrived early, holding our bags and calling us when the room was ready. I note that the front desk is not staffed and most of our interactions were by phone or text, but it was all seamless and easy. We would go back.
