The property provided free pickup from kumanoshi train station (reservation in advance). The breakfast is excellent. Hot bath with jacuzzi is only open till 24:00.

Booked this hotel because there's no other avaliable choice around but it's much better than we expected. The room is old but big enough to put few luggages. The public bath is comfortable. Included breakfast and dinner are average. But after all, it's quite nice at this price point.

まず、どのスタッフさんもとても感じが良かったです。スタッフの方々は丁寧で愛想良く心地良かったです。館内はどこもピカピカで、衛生管理も行き届いていました。大浴場は小ぶりでしたが、もちろん清潔で気持ち良かったです。そして、特筆すべきは夕飯（梅御前）とバイキングの朝食。この価格でこの品数？それに全ての味付けが最高でした。これ、お世辞抜きです。なので最高得点星５つにしたいところですが、実は窓が全開します。4階のツインに泊まったのですが、窓側ベッドに接触するように窓下の壁があり、ベッドから50cm程度で大きな窓が全開します。そこからは下を覗き込める状態になるので、身を乗り出さないよう気を付けなければなりません。また別に、部屋にはライティングデスクと、それに伴う椅子が一脚置いてあります。ツインだからなのかは不明ですが、あと一つ、とても大きなキャンプ用のような折り畳み椅子が置いてありました。それを窓際に広げると、デスク下の冷蔵庫が開けられない、ツインベッドの足元に展開するとトイレに行きにくい（笑） 座り心地の良いようにという配慮かもしれませんが、あれなら会議室用のパイプ椅子でも良かったかもしれませんね。以上2点、少し改善を求めたいと感じるところで星4つにしました。しかし、また熊野市あたりに泊まる機会があれば必ずこちらにリピートしたいと思えるような、快適なホテルだったということは添えておきたいと思います。

冷蔵庫に前の宿泊者の飲みかけのペットボトルがのこってました。清掃がいきとどいてるのか汗 対応はスムーズでよかったですがほかに レストランの店員さんとお客様がコミニケーションをとれていない様子で大声でどなるお客様とそれに対応できていないスタッフが見てて苦しいものがありました、日本語をはなせる他のスタッフが助けにくるわけでもなく、美味しく頂けるものもいただけません。料金が安い事もありますので色々なお客様も来られますしサービスにも限界はあると思いますが頑張ってください！！
