The front desk staff on the night of my late arrival was very kind, accommodating and compassionates because I was very weary from a long drive. However, the condition of the hotel was in dire need of repairs and remodeling…the hallways were filthy but the room and bed was clean and comfortable. Even though it was very late if it wasn’t for the patients and kindness of Ms Alfany aka Renea and her prayer for me…I would have left and slept in my car! She offered impeccable customer service, offering the best room she had available inspite of the deplorable hotel conditions.

However the the person on the 11 pm shift was not helpful I ask for extra towels and wash clothes only to be told no. When I insisted I was told they were washing. Website stated a breakfast.
