No nos pudimos quedar, no respetaron las reservaciones, ya que las habitaciones las tenían ocupadas y además en estado pésimo, por lo que solito el reembolso correspondiente para que me indiquen cómo debo aplicarlo.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We actually waited about 20 mInutes or more trying to check in and no staff ever showed up. There were people passed out in the parking lot. Broke down cars being worked on. The lobby was dark and filthy. We left finally and I tried to cancel our stay but was charged anyway. It seems that many Motel 6 have been bought by a company called Oyo. Stay away!!!

Hemskt hotell, ovänlig personal, rum som stank rök trots rökfritt, fyra vändor till receptionen för att key-kort inte fungerade! Avbröt vistelsen omedelbart och tog in på annat hotell!

Will never book again. Paid for a room only to be told it was not available and they were booked up, while there were rooms “available” online still. The number listed is disconnected and the number they did have at the front counter I had to call multiple times to get an answer.

I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. THE FLOOR WAS DISGUSTING , THE SHOWER WAS DIRTY. FOOD FROM THE PPL BEFORE LEFT IN FRIDGE. ROACHES EVERY. PPL HANGING IN THE HALLS AND AROUND PROPERTY DOING DRUGS. I CHECKED IN AND ENDED UP SLEEPING IN MY CAR.

Arrived at the room, wasn’t really familiar with the fact that there was an extended stay where they I guess have kitchens and refrigerators really just needed a room to sleep in, when entering the room set my stuff down with the light on and we’re greeted with roaches. Didn’t have anywhere to stay so I slept slept uneasy, afraid that I would take roaches home with me as soon as light hit got dressed got ready canceled the next day thankfully, they refunded me for the next day unfortunately because I had to stay the night I didn’t get refunded for the one night. It is what it is just won’t be picking there to go again.

The room was definitely old and needs to be renovated asap. The carpet was dirty, there was a toenails in the floor, so walking on this carpet with bare feet is a no no. The room smelled. No remoter control in the room and when one was given, it didn’t have a back on it and it didn’t work. I inspected each towel, the hotel and room didn’t give me that clean feeling. I was only there due to damage done to my house during the storm. Would I stay again….absolutely not.

This hotel should have been shut down, when we arrived we were told the locks on the doors don't work so the 1 lady at the reception desk had to go with you to Jimmy the door with a large screw driver to get into the room, she warned us that if we both left the room at that point that we would not be able to re-enter the room or even the hotel as there were no night staff this would mean that we could now not leave the hotel to go and get a meal but one of us could leave to get takeaway. The room we had booked was meant to have a queen size bed but that had not been allocated to us when we saw the first room it was filthy and had dirt and grime everywhere, so we said no way so we were found a different room but this one has no bed sheets and the kitchen side was wet as well as the floor , we were both exhausted and did not have the energy to find another hotel. Eventually we were given bed sheets and luckily we had snacks there were bent drawing pins on the floor under the edge of the bed and bits of stripped twisted wire so we did not move round the room bare foot there were no cooking utensils and the microwave in the room was rusted really badly inside there were ncupboard doors missing and lights literally hanging offf the ceiling not great did not sleep complained to hotels.com we we're only given $50 refund not the full amount do not go to this hotel.

It was a terrible hotel. There was only black individuals with braided hair many laying on top of their autos with their children. Just a terrifyingly situations. I would say to fear this location.

Big time dump. Locks on doors wouldn’t open with key card, TV remote didn’t have batteries, no hot water. Worst hotel experience of my 60 years.

I got to the property there were several people waiting because keys wasn't opening doors. I was charged extra 12.00. 10 for cleaning room and 2.00 for utilities. The carpet in halls were filthy and smelling. Elevator had a pile of trash in the corner. The other elevator didn't work. The first room I was assigned had knots. One light beside the bed worked. The TV wouldn't come on a cabinet was hanging and smoke detector was on the counter with battery out. The second room had lots of roaches. In the bathroom and sleep area. Baby roaches all over the room floor couldn't see them at first they were babies. TERRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I LEFT THE HOTEL. I DIDN'T STAY. I am requesting a refund for the room.
