Pool and tv didn’t work, rude manager

Check in and found out the pool is not working. Got into our room and the tv was inoperable. Called front desk who said they’d drop off a key to another room. They never came and I had to walk down to the lobby in my pajamas to grab the key. Next morning, spoke to the manager about my poor experience and was met with attitude and unwillingness to help. She said I should have looked on holiday inn website for the pool message. Cancelled the remainder of the trip here because it was a horrible experience. Would not recommend

There will be no next time

The lights in the parking lot were all broken so it's very dark at night. We were told that it's been broken for 2 months and they don't know when they will be replaced. Also, there was a false fire alarm going off at 3 am one night we were there. And the front desk staff looked like they don't want to be there....urrrrrgggghhhh....

Good stay, but leaky shower.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean- loved that they had the AC running as we arrived so the room was fresh. The breakfast spread was excellent in my opinion and made for a great bonus. The only complain I have is unfortunately the same as most- the bathrooms. They are clean but for some reason when you shower the water temp fluctuated from cold to hot on its own and it flooded the bathroom as well; be careful getting out the shower- when I say there’s a lot of water that leaks out I am not kidding 😞
