The description I can give of our stay is phenomenal, starting with the person who tells you where to park your car. And continuing with the friendly and helpful people at the front desk, especially Johnny.

Love staying here. My daughter and I are repeat visitors. We love the grab and go breakfast and quick walk to the Toy Story parking lot to go to Disney. Also there are many food options close by to chose from that won't hurt your wallet. The staff is top tier. Very helpful and very nice.

8/10 Very good

Rooms were good, clean, and bed was comfortable. Shower was great, water pressure almost felt illegal here in CA lol. Only thing disappointing was full breakfast being unavailable. The substitute continental was good and staff were excellent. Overall good for the price point and location was just what we wanted.

Stayed here for one night. Probably wont stay here longer than that. It did the job beds are comfy. Room was specious and clean with a two char dining table. The Vanity in the restroom was great. Only down side was water pressure was very low when showering. We weren’t not inform about breakfast upon checking in that would’ve been nice to know. But all in all this hotel is decent.

10/10 Exceptional

The beds are comfortable. The air conditioner cooled the room well. We sleep well and no loud noises until the garbage truck arrived in the morning. Housekeeping replaced the towels and emptied the trash baskets daily. Full service cleaning of the room is available if requested. Some rooms are being renovated but it did not interfere with our stay. We paid a small fee to park at the hotel. It is a short walk to the Disney Toy Story parking lot for the free tram ride to the park. The only issue was the shower did not have a shelf for shampoo bottle.

8/10 Very good

We stayed here four nights to visit Disney; the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in getting us free shuttle rides to and from the park. Breakfast options were good, parking was an issue as in all big cities. I booked through Expedia and it had advertised free parking but the facility charged me $20 a night for parking which was reasonable considering the location. Overall we had a great time staying here (did not get to use the dining pool)

Enjoyed our stay as a family with a spacious and clean room. My girls enjoyed the heated pool that they were able to get in the evening despite it not yet being summer. Staff were very nice and helpful and always greeting us. The to go breakfast had a good variety. This hotel is very close to the toy story parking lot. If we are able in the area again we would book this hotel again.
