Amazing breakfast! It was cheap and really delicious. Everything was homemade with local ingredients and super tasty. Lovely way to start the day. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and clean. Location is good and close to stations. Perfect place to stay if you’re going to harmonyland or just wanna enjoy hiji. I was very pleased with my experience

Super friendly staff

The people here were so friendly and helped us with several things with so much patience as we stumbled through our basic Japanese and translators. So so so friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small but there is another lot for overflow super close by with a Joyfull restaurant in between offering nice breakfast before heading out for the day.

⚫︎近くの食事処は？ ⚫︎枕が高いのですが ⚫︎荷物を送りたいのですが ⚫︎空港までのベストな行き方は？ など、たくさん頼ってしまったのですがどのスタッフの方もどれも丁寧に親切に教えていただきとても感謝しています。 館内のレストランの方々も皆さん感じがいいです、コスパもよく大分県を感じられる美味しい朝食をいただけてとても幸せな2泊でした。

客室も共用部もとても清潔感ある状態だったので良かったと思います。 客室は、部屋入口付近のタイル張りの面積が広すぎる感じがしました。可能なら荷物を置けるような棚があったらもっと良かったなと感じました。 サービスなどは普通レベルで良かったと思いますが、安価の朝食ビュッフェや冷凍ではあるものの軽食のサービスもときには助かるんじゃないでしょうか。

15:00以降にレストランがフリーの仕事スペースになる点もとても良かったです。 部屋は小さい普通のビジネスホテルですが、朝食やコーヒー、水、アメニティは充分なクオリティのサービスでした。 金額もとてもリーズナブルで、近隣に行った際はまた活用すると思います。

やはり前回と同様に、 今回もタバコ臭かった。 全室禁煙としているが、 絶対喫煙している人がいると思う。 喫煙は外でとしているが、 喫煙した人が部屋に入ったら タバコ臭くなるのは当たり前。 絶対、喫煙者と禁煙者が使用する部屋を 最初から分けた方が良いと思う。 また、清掃を頼んだのに、 清掃されていなかった。 非常に残念だった。
