The customer service was top notch and the best thing about the stay. The lobby area is enjoyable and inviting. We were there for a concert at American Airlines, and it was so convenient and super easy access to get there. If there's another concert, we will consider staying here again. Beds were pretty comfy.

avoid it at all costs

Terrible hotel, should cost the third part of what I paid, I think they made it out of cardboard, you can hear all the noise from the cars, it wasn't clean, it feels disgusting everywhere and you don't want to touch anything, I'm disgusted, terrible night. They charge you for parking because no one stays at this hotel.

One lift did not work, the other one was always full and slow, as the cleaning trolleys were inside as well. Beds are comfortable, the tv service is good. The hotel is next to a loud road, but they give you ear plugs as well as a white noise machine, which is nice.

Sadly, the rooftop bar is under construction, and it was raining and chilly our time there. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast so-so. Overall a good location but it was a bit noisy with the freeway so close. Thankfully they had free earplugs and also a white noise machine in the room

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was the traffic noise outside the room. Kept us country folk up all night. The room did have two pairs of ear plugs available. We just aren’t used to much noise and wearing them. If I stayed again I would put the ear plugs in.

This location is our go to on our Dallas Trips. Convenient location. Clean, free parking, offers free breakfast, coffee 24 hrs. Near highway, but offers ear plugs if need. Offered welcome bag of 2waters and popcorn. Always impressed.

Hand soap dispenser

Only thing I disliked was trying to squeeze the hand soap out of those dispensers. It was difficult for me to even get a drop out. A much older person wouldn’t be able to get any soap.
