Propaganga enganosa

O hotel em nada se parece com as fotos do site. Como pode ver na página desse hotel na Hoteis.com, a foto que nos fez decidir por esse hotel foi de um parque aquático com uma ampla piscina. Não existe nada disso no hotel. O atendimento, entretanto, foi muito simpatico e se ofereceu a cancelar nossa reserva sem custos. Como não tinhamos outra opcao e estavamos de passagem para uma viagem de dois dias, decidimos pernoitar e partir logo cedo. Pelo menos foi possivel descansar tranquilamente.

As fotos que está no site não conduz com o hotel . O café da manhã nem chega perto da foto que existe no site propaganda enganosa total limpeza boa ar bom ventilador de teto barulhento funcionários educados e limpeza boa . Mas me senti enganada por propaganda enganosa....

Não voltaria.

Não recomendo. Cortina empoeirada me causou alergia… aranhas no quarto… tv não pega alguns canais… precisa de uma dedetização urgente… frigobar pago à parte… valor da diária caro para a qualidade do hotel… atendimento do pessoal é ótimo… café da manhã não experimentei, horário finda muito cedo. Lugar lindo, perto do rio Paraná… mas precisa melhorar a qualidade dos quartos para valer o preço pago.
