Best night sleep in a hotel. It was very quiet even though there were many people on our floor. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was limited and quality was okay. If you are a big breakfast person you will be disappointed but acceptable to start off your day.

Tru Hilton is a newer hotel in the Eugene/Springfield area, and it is an excellent choice for staying there. Conveniently located and offering lots of amenities, it surprised us with how nice it was.

The rooms were very clean, plenty of parking and friendly, helpful staff. The hot breakfast hit the spot the four days we were there. The hotel had two tvs, a pool table and lot of games for the family. They came in handy on a rainy Eugene Oregon evening.

All of the staff and attendants at the hotel made the stay an A++. Of course the building entry and rooms were efficiently decorated, fun and comfortable/nice. We would expect that from Hilton. But the crew that is working there goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed and safe. Breakfast was great. Hot fresh and right on the spot.We had a great trip thanks to the hotel and staff. My daughter left her earbuds and the front desk. Woman was nice enough to call and double check the address. We got the earbuds thank you all so much. I wish I could give six stars.
