4/10 Fair

Room was clean. Bed was hard as a rock. Shelf in the shower was broken. Conference rooms were freezing. Reservation said microwave was available for the suite; told there was none and had to use a community one in the lobby.

8/10 Very good

Our first room was not ideal for a longer stay like 3 days. Dark with small windows. Would be better for one night guests. Carpet was stained and a/c was old and didn’t work well. Staff changed our rooms and it got much better. Check in was basically silent, the staff member didn’t speak to us and sent us to ur room. Staff member that changed our room was amazing and engaging

2/10 Poor

I booked a suite! We checked in and everything was fine. Around 7 pm the power went out!!! The whole hotel was dark! We had to take the salaries down to the lobby. We were told the power would be out for hours!!! We packed and left! The hotel REFUSED to Refund my money! I had to call my credit card to refuse the charge! Horrible management Avoid this hotel
