Everything was very easy at check in. Front staff was friendly. Bed nice and comfy and the price was good and the breakfast was good, not a whole lot but enough to fill you up and what they did have tasted good. The eggs turkey sausages and croissants and the coffee was great! The coffee was fresh brewed from the coffee machine. Took a minute but it was worth it. I would stay again.

Room was clean, but the door handle had seen better days. My door was left open by the cleaning crew, luckily I didn't have anything worth stealing. The breakfast was pretty much non-existent. That was the only reason I booked this hotel, the photos showed a hot breakfast included. The staff was nice and helpful.

I loved the location..very good spot near everything. I was a little disappointed in the morning breakfast. Cereal, and coffee and fruit was not what was expecting. Definitely the first time seeing any hotel breakfast. It made it look cheap and it wasn't thought out. When you think of breakfast you would think something warm eggs bacon bagels toast something.Not cold cereal

Nice for a few nights

This hotel is in a great location close to lots of places to eat and shop. The facility itself is nice and clean and the employees were polite during check in. My room was pretty much clean except the toilet in my room. The toilet was visibly dirty, which I handled myself as it was very late when I arrived to my room. Other than that, the hotel is nice and comfortable for a few nights stay. They offered a small breakfast of waffles, sausage, eggs, etc. which was also a plus! I would stay here again in the future.

Memorial Weekend

It was a ok stay. The bedding was clean, the pillows were stained so we didn’t sleep on them. The toilet seat was too small and I was there for four days and my room didn’t get clean. They have a three or more clean day rule, but I didn’t see anyone. They did leave clean wash clothes and towels. It was a great location for my event though so I guess that was something.

It would not let me click on what I didn't like but I'll tell you what I didn't like I didn't like the fact that when I got there I specifically wanted a place with the Jacuzzi or hot tub and they're jacuzzi was down the day that I leave they fix the jacuzzi I wasn't real crazy about the place the continental breakfast was okay but what do you expect from a three-star hotel I was pretty disappointed but if you just looking for a place to sleep it was safe it was clean it was comfortable and they didn't even have a pool

Check-in was great, with a great, friendly staff. However! We went to our room, which had a strong bleach smell. Then, while walking, we started seeing water on the floor. Something was leaking and each step brought more water. Down to the front desk to room change. Not a problem. Again, the staff was great. Now, to our new room. The toilet seat was held on by only one of the two attachment bolts, and that one was loose. You had to be careful sitting so it didn't slide off. Other issues were dead power outlets, including the one over the sink so the hair dryer was basically worthless (fortunately, it came off the wall so it could be used elsewhere). Also, the fridge was so cold that the ice box was so frozen there was almost no room to put anything in the freezer, Also, the hallway going to the room looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in weeks. If the room had been as great as the staff, it would have gotten a five-star rating. Sorry, though, it didn't.
