I love how they have kept to the historic nature of the building. The room was large and accommodating. It felt very homey and yet had what I needed for business. The staff was lovely and helpful. And love, love, love the 1940s music playing on the first floor.

Loved this place! Walking distance to a variety of museums, botanical garden across the street, Little Italy, a pleasant 10 min walk down the way. The hotel is charming and classy. Staff was always super courteous and helpful at all times. Only complaint we had was the size of the beds. The doubles were just a hair too small for sharing comfortably, but we chose to do so. Otherwise it was an amazing trip. Hotel is conveniently located near so many things to do in the area as well as the campus. Highly recommended

The Glidden House was everything we hoped for and more. Within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, with a concierge who was supremely proud of his city and enthusiastic to make sure we experienced it to the fullest, the hotel was a classic, well-preserved estate appointed with beautiful furnishings. The breakfast was great! The neighborhood is Case Western Reserve University with gorgeous buildings and campus. Loved the entire experience!
