First room checked in and beds were not made. Given another room and the trash had not been emptied from prior guest. Nice property. Horrible cleaning crew. Was not happy with what we had paid for our stay

The room was clean, the staff were professional and helpful. One young man was the best: Von. He gave me a cup of coffee, and did it with a big smile on his face!! Great guy! You all need more employees like Von!! Perfect! He deserves a raise!! Yes!!!

Pretty normal hotel overall, no major complaints. Only issue was nobody told us the doors lock after 11 PM and you need your room key to get back inside. Would’ve been nice to know that at check-in.

Good location, good parking option, the breakfast has to be mentioned before hand otherwise they don't prepare it.

Hotel is great, only small thing is I wish the AC was colder but not a big deal at all since I like it below 68. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay

At 5 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon after a football game, no staff at the bar, no place to get anything to drink or eat.

The picture when we booked the rooms were beautiful. When we arrived the bed was like sleeping on concrete. We had popcorn in our room that we didn't have. We was so upset about the stay we left at 3:30 in the morning. We had to sleep on a sofa because the bed was so bad.

6/10 Buena

Hotel was on a convenient location. Area was a little sketchy. Although we had no problems. We walked every where or took an Uber. The views of Cincinnati were amazing. The hotel itself was 30 years out dated. Everything was old. One elevator was down on the busy Laborday weekend. Tub drain did not drain. Beds were newer, clean and comfortable, as well as the pillows. Air worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. No free breakfast, coffee nothing. Fruit cup, yogurt and a coffee would have cost me $20. So we walked over to the Walfle House and had a great time breakfast, the staff there was a riot! They had the jukebox playing and they were all singing and dancing that was fun.

Good spot, the room was clean, and the service was friendly. Simple details like the bathroom curtains looking a bit dirty, having a dirty balcony, but overall it was a nice place. I slept well, and it was pet-friendly. They had a private parking lot, which felt safe.
