The staff was fantastic, from the front desk to the house cleaners. The water slide was fun, the pool was on the smaller side, but we still enjoyed it! Our room was ok in terms of cleanliness and amenities but the common areas are very tired. Pleather furniture in the lobbies are peeling. The hallway on the 6th floor had very dirty carpet and large sections of the wallpaper was ripped off. Hopefully the wallpaper is gone due to upcoming renovation. One elevator was out of order the other clunked the whole way up and down…a bit questionable. The front desk staff were very friendly and prompt!

The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and the best thing is that it is located around everything, shopping at Polo Park, excellent restaurants and a movie theatre, not far from the Zoo and many parks. I have stayed there for many years and couldn’t be happier with the location that is close to so many wonderful things to do in Winnipeg and their rates are very reasonable.
