Our experience was wonderful. We spent 3 nights at the Griffintown Hotel. The apartment was perfect for us. The view was very nice. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to downtown and to the old Port. What a beautiful place. The apartment is like the description given in Hotel.com. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. What a perfect place to stay! One of the plus is that the hotel has a private parking. The staff was very nice, and very professional. The apartment has washer and dryer but we did not use it. I will recommend this hotel to any friend that is planning to visit Montreal. If I visit again Montreal I will stay in that hotel.

Our family of four rented the two bed two bath apartment-hotel. The location was excellent for our stay - walkable to many amenities including several grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Parking in the garage was easy and we were grateful for the option given the limited street parking options in the area. Unit also had a washer and dryer which came in handy. I wish we had a regularly drip coffee maker instead of the Nespresso. The unit also does not include any paper towels - I would have liked to have had more than one kitchen towel as a result. While we had a full kitchen with pots and pans and plates, we did not cook any meals in the unit and only heated up food. Highly recommend this apart-hotel for anyone looking for more of a condo/airbnb style rental.

We rented 2 apartments for a family long weekend. They were roomy enough for 4 couples and 3 kids. The kitchen was adequately equipped, though the refrigerator stopped working the last day and left a puddle of water on the floor. The location is convenient to many attractions so we were able to walk a lot. Parking is a problem if you have a large 12-person van, and we were fortunate to get an outdoor spot nearby. A heads up about Monday morning parking restrictions would have been welcome, though. I wish the staff could have been able to suggest more nearby amenities—of course we googled, but ultra local info is always helpful. Finally, though the bar is closed, the bar area is available for all patrons with a room card. The signage refers to “members” so we thought there was some special membership to get. There is not. The bar area is comfortable and underutilized. Overall, the choice was a good one. Montreal is a nice city that seems to be in transition to a nicer city. Lots of roadwork, etc.
