Out of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our trip to Italy, this one was the most expensive one and least enjoyable. I'd say, it was not enjoyable at all and we tried to stay out of our room as much as possible. The staff was fine and on site during check-in, however the building itself was really worn out inside including the room with tons of scratches on the walls, cheap furnishings and just a feeling of "fast food" accommodation, if you know what I mean. Our bathroom and bed sheets were clean. I don't think our floor was mopped though. Our window was facing the inner "yard" with tons of loud ACs and exhaust vents. Our room had a bit of a weird smell but we could not open the windows to get fresh air in as it was too loud from all the fans and the air outside always had a smell of burnt or fried food as there are 2 restaurants in the same building. The only highlight was that it was very close to the Trevi fountain. I would definitely not stay here again. Totally not worth $600+ for 2 nights that we paid. This place has absolutely no soul. Go elsewhere. It's barely OK.

Worth every penny.

We stayed for part of our month long honeymoon throughout Italy. This was such a great start to our trip and we wish we had booked longer. The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport. Our flight was delayed 5 hours and they still had a driver waiting for us at midnight. Such a lovely place and very close to everything. Loved this hotel and will book here again in the future.
