The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cozy. The front staff were very friendly and accommodating. The balcony was large and we were able to watch the golfers on the course. The whole property was exceptional. The sky bar was not open but we were able to view the other outdoor pool. The views of the golf course by the clubhouse were amazing. We look forward to our next visit.

We spent a weekend at the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new, with a beautiful restaurant and pool right nearby. There is also a second restaurant and pool on the rooftop, and what a surprise it was! It had a great vibe, two pools, and amazing surrounding views. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Well run resort. Enjoyed the rooftop lounge and the restaurant. The room was on the small side although having a washer/dryer was a nice touch. We understand that the building we were in was recently opened but our unit had the look of being unfinished. Double coat of primer and spots of drywall mud and the concrete roof had visible seams. Bathroom vanity was tiny although it did have drawers to store stuff - just not enough counter space to actually use it. Location was very accessible to the harbour and shopping.

Overall, very nice place. I had a suite room in the new building and it was spacious and clean. The Muskoka Bay Resort is also well maintained and the shuttle service to get around is easy. The Cliffside restaurant is also fantastic and would highly recommend. Staff are super friendly and nice. The room had everything you would need in a kitchen. The soap/shampoo was of high quality. The laundry also had the detergent as well. The effort is there to make this a seamless experience. My qualm was that the dryer had a lot of sand in it maybe from prior person. I had to clean that myself before using. Overall, highly recommend and expect to be back.

Our check-in went smoothly, however, it would make it a big difference if we were welcomed warmly by the front desk. It was like I was in front of a kiosk and and the questions asked are programmed and no eye contact or warmth. However, the shuttle drivers and few people in the pool area were so welcoming and sweet.

We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We dined at Cliffside for breakfast and the experience was lovely. Our server Neil was very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious!! All of the dining staff were very lovely to interact with. We are looking forward to coming back to play some golf!

Beautiful resort. There are mostly homeowners staying here or locals. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Entertainment is definitely limited, so it is good for short stays. The pool bar had good service but music was so quiet and selected by staff. Several times, there were no towels available beside the changeroom. Also, the dirty towel pile in the changeroom was there both days we were there (not emptied). The hot sauna was nice on a rainy day. Overall, a cute short stay for a couple.

The restaurant and staff at the restaurant were very good throughout our stay. Pool was lovely, though the water was a little cooler than expected. Hotel was lacking character, including our room. All stark white walls, no real character. Game room was sparse. Total contrast to warmth of the clubhouse. Staff at hotel, other than Anna, were also non-descript and not that helpful. Shuttles were great and drivers awesome.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant on the premises was wonderful and we highly recommend it. The course is great, the greens are very challenging. The pro shop has a nice selection of clothes. The room is fairly basic, very clean, and has everything you need with a full kitchenet and washer and dryer. The balcony was large with furniture. The only down side for us the pool was under renovation.
