We spent a weekend at the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new, with a beautiful restaurant and pool right nearby. Our check-in went smoothly, however, it would make it a big difference if we were welcomed warmly by the front desk. It was like I was in front of a kiosk and and the questions asked are programmed and no eye contact or warmth. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We dined at Cliffside for breakfast and the experience was lovely.
