8/10 Very good

The room was clean and well kept throughout my visit. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. The air-conditioned worked very well. Whilst the lighting gave the room a nice mood, it was too dark for doing make up. The staff were excellent and welcoming throughout.

The hotel is located close to the train and bus station which is very convenient. Also, it is 15 minutes walk to a beach. Staff is helpful and friendly, good breakfast and there is a restaurant at the hotel. Rooms are too small and bathroom is too small. Overall we had a good stay.

6/10 Good

The room is small but clean, which is what I needed after a day’s work for over a week. Out of the ten nights I stayed TV didn’t work for over five days, the elevator broke down one day; and since it was a holiday weekend the repairs delayed considerably. The shower is likely to flood and the AC is turned every couple of hours so woke up sweating every night. Not all was bad: breakfast was nice and location and price also very good. Staff are mostly nice, many young and probably underpaid. I don’t know if I’d stay there again but loved the barrio it is in.
