Kharpov daki Otel

2/10 Poor

It was the worst check in experience of my life. No one speaks English. Very rude . Provided a wrong room. Worst hotel apartment check in experience

The room that was booked and payed in full amount was already rented by another person, instead I received smaller and not comfortable by the same price

In the heart of Kharkiv

The situation of the hotel is perfect. Clean, the kitchen is enough, entrance is hard to find but always locked. The staff , especially Helen was very helpful and speaks English. I will stay in the same place in my next visit..

4/10 Fair
