Waren bereits zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Therme, welche man durch einen Bademantelgang erreichen kann. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Einziges Manko was wir bereits beim letzten Mal sowie auch dieses Mal festgestellt haben ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Da wir das aber dieses Mal wussten haben wir uns Mini Ventilatoren mitgebracht.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Die Annehmlichkeiten haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Anreise war aufgrund der aktuellen Bauarbeiten rund um das Hotel etwas kompliziert, aber das Hotel selbst hat uns vollkommen überzeugt. Gerne wieder!

Das Hotel war insgesamt absolut in Ordnung. Alles war sauber, der Empfang freundlich und das Frühstück wirklich klasse. Auch sonst haben wir uns während des Aufenthalts wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die etwas knappen Parkmöglichkeiten. Was allerdings heutzutage aus meiner Sicht wirklich nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist: ein Zimmer auf der Sonnenseite ohne Klimaanlage oder zumindest eine vernünftige Belüftungsmöglichkeit. Gerade bei warmen Temperaturen wird das schnell unangenehm und beeinträchtigt den Schlaf deutlich. Abgesehen davon waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, was schön wäre, wenn ein Wasserkocher für Tee auf dem Zimmer stehen würde. Essen sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich, von den Reinigungskräften, Restaurant bis zur Rezeption. Alle zuvor kommend, sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Godt hotell, dårlig mat

Fin beliggenhet nær thermalbadet. Hotellet bra, men restauranten derimot var skuffende: ikke a la carte, bare buffe og denne var virkelig dårlig. Neste dag valgte vi en god restaurant, bare 2 minutter unna (Genusswerk). Frokosten var ok, men bordene var for små og for få i forhold til antall gjester.
