"Tam bir aile oteli . Girişte güler yüzlü ilgili personel tarafından karşılanıyorsunuz tüm otel ve odalar çok temiz . Odalar ideal boyutta. Girişimiz 15:30 da olmasına rağmen erken giriş imkanı sağlanarak yardımcı olundu kara tarafında seçtiğimiz oda yerine mağduriyet yaşamayalım diye hazır olan deniz manzaralı oda temin edildi. Yemek çeşitliliği gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Çocuklar için animatörler ilgili ve cana yakınlardı. Deniz taşlı ama temizdi taşlar girişte rahatsızlık verirse iskeleden merdivenden de giriş imkanı var. Havuzda kaydırak olmasıda iyiydi. "We booked this hotel because it was close to the ferry terminal, since we were heading to Chios in Greece. It served that purpose really well. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The staff didn't speak much English, but they were polite, respectful, and did everything they could to help us. In the morning while we were waiting, they offered free coffee and made sure we were comfortable. Small things, but they made a difference. The location is great. You're central to all the shops in Çeşme, close to the museum and the other amenities. The one challenge was getting to the ferry terminal with luggage. It's not far, but the walk was more awkward than we expected. Worth knowing if you're travelling with bags. Overall a clean, well-run, well-located hotel and good value for the area. Would recommend."

"AC in the room would go off every time we opened the balcony door which is normal. However, it would not restart after closing the door. We had to call the reception every single time for them to restart it from their end. Our room did not get cleaned one day during our stay despite calling the housekeeping and had to ask one of the employees cleaning other rooms for clean towels, water, etc."
