Great value for what you pay. From the outside you wonder what you're in for but inside the host is very welcoming and the hallways are nicely decorated. Our room was big and spacious, for the majority mostly clean, although some smaller details could do with some attention. A great location for easy access to the train station and the city. While the immediate surroundings look a bit dodgy with lots of young guys hanging around (obviously selling) there was never any trouble and never felt threatened in anyway. Would highly recommend for a budget stay in Bremen.

The lodging was very nice, comfortable, and conveniently located near the train station. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't the nicest, and because our room was on the ground floor, people were often gathered on the street directly outside our door. Overall, our stay was great until checkout. Although we had prepaid in full before arrival, I received an additional payment request through Expedia messaging. I contacted the host but didn't receive a response, so I reached out to Expedia. Expedia contacted the owner and confirmed that the payment request was actually the commission owed to Expedia and that I should ignore it because there were no additional charges for my booking. While I appreciate that the issue was resolved, receiving what appeared to be an invoice addressed to me for the platform's commission was confusing and made for a stressful end to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Overall, the apartment was very nice and clean. However, the appartment is located in a very questionable neighborhood in Bremen. Combined with the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor, this made our stay feel quite unsafe for a family with two children.

Excellent location, right middle of the city centre, 10 min walk from the central station. Lots of Pubs, food shop around the area. Free parking on the street after 6pm. Apartment is clean with all the basic accessories. It is worth for value.

Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss mit direkter Tür und Fenstern zur Straße. Die Küche weist erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Die Betten sind sehr einfach und sehen auf den Bildern deutlich besser aus. Als wir reinkamen, roch das gesamte Apartment nach Döner. Es liegt direkt im Bahnhofsviertel, sodass es auch nachts vor den Fenstern laut ist. Das Publikum auf der Straße ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Besitzer ist sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit.

Das Apartment war genau wie beschrieben, wirklich sehr sauber und auch die Küche war ausreichend und in gutem Zustand bestückt (insbesondere alle Abwaschutensilien vorhanden!). Die Kommunikation vor Check-In war schnell und unkompliziert, der Check-In an sich lief schnell und kontaktlos (online Check-In am Tag vorher und bei Anreise lediglich Vorzeigen des Ausweises).
