This is more of a guest house but we loved it. Feels very homely. It's got a nice style to it that blends traditional and modern. We definitely valued the chance to cook our own meals as there is access to a kitchen with hob and grill which gives guests the opportunity to make light meals or snacks. This was very welcome after travelling for several days without a hot meal and saves money on eating out. Only slight negative is there was no shower gel. Luckily I had brought my own. Hope to be back.

For what you pay, I found this to be exceptional. It's close to town and the seafront, its quiet and the beds are very comfortable. I used the kitchen for my food to heat up and eat downstairs and walk around the delightful garden. Super hot shower, clean towels. I'm really not sure what the negative reviews are about. I've travelled a huge amount and this is fantastic for what you pay. Maybe people need to set their expectation on value and outcome.

Everything worked and was clean. The bed was comfortable and car parking was easy and free. Thank you for that! Wasn’t clear that there would be three rooms sharing the one bathroom. Unfortunately there was a smell of drains in the bathroom, the filter on the sink tap was missing (water going everywhere and had impurities). The chairs in the room and on landing had seen better days 😀 but the bed was comfy 😊

Cheap, clean and cold

The room was very cold upon arrival. It took more than 1 hour to heat up with a very slow radiator. The bathroom (shared with others) was smelly from the bathroom drain. However - this was cheap accomodation - and you get what you pay for.

Ligger centralt det er et plus. Ellers er det ikke et sted vi kommer tilbage til. At et badeværelse er delt mellem 3 værelser, burde stå tydligere i beskrivelsen af stedet. Desuden lugter badeværelset fælt og trænger til en kærlig hånd når det gælder rengøring, det gør gulvet på værelset også. WiFi er mangelfuldt på værelset og hoveddøren til stedet burde være låst i stedet for, at være åben 24/7 . Håber i tager al dette til eftertanke,

Lækkert centralt hus i Svendborg med gåafstand til alt. Værelserne var fine og toilet rent. I det lille køkken, som var fælles med andre var der gratis kaffe/te og køleskab. Det var skønt for os, så vi kunne få morgenmad i haven, som også kunne benyttes. Rigtig hyggelig have i flere niveauer og flere terrasser. Tak til værten for nem ind- og udtjekking via tlf. Vi kommer gerne igen 😉

Vi valgte Svendborg Rooms pga central beliggenhed i forhold til det vi skulle under vores ophold - og så var det dejligt nemt med gratis parkering lige udenfor👏. Vi havde booket et værelse på første sal med fælles bad og køkken, som skulle deles med to andre værelser, og tænkte, at det gik nok for en enkelt nat. Vi vidste ikke, at der også var en lejlighed i huset - med eget køkken og bad! - så stor var vores overraskelse, da Jesper ved vores ankomst meddelte, at vi skulle bo i en lejlighed i stueetagen! Den var virkelig lækker, ren, pæn og stor. Flot køkken, god spiseplads - alt var i orden. Desværre havde vi ikke behov for at lave mad, da vi spiste sammen med venner inde i Svendborg, men skulle vi komme tilbage vil vi helt sikkert se om vi kan booke denne lejlighed igen. Nu ved vi jo at den findes, selvom vi ikke så den på hotels.com 😊. Helt klart en stor anbefaling herfra!
