Room was not very clean unfortunately. There were dust and pieces of papers on the floor. The food options in the restaurants in limited. The people working in there and very helpful and generous. We could change the spa time that we previously booked. That was very nice of them to allow us ear first and then join the spa later. Everything was good but there were no kettle in the room or refrigerator. One kettle would have been nice to drink tea or coffee. With the amount of price we paid for one night, usually there is tea or coffee in the room in Stockholm. I do regular night out in different locations for spa time. Thank you.

The promo for this hotel on Expedia was very misleading. We wanted to stay on or near Vaxholm. This hotel ad claims to be right near Vaxholm but it is nowhere near it, unless maybe you have private transportation We paid for the room at a non refundable rate . It is hard to get to Vaxholm from this hotel without a car. We therefore could not stay at the hotel. In fact, we immediately realized that as soon as we made the reservation and called the hotel and contacted Expedia but Expedia said the hotel will not refund the reservation money,.even though we explained the problem within minutes of making the reservation. Beware.

Trevlig personal och väldigt trevlig omgivning. SPA-delen separat från boendet, men det var inga problem. Boendet lite 60-tal och så även SPA-känslan i viss mån, på ett positivt sätt. Dock var rummet vi hade väldigt litet. Perfekt under Lidingöloppet då vi enkelt tog bussen in till starten. Restaurangen och receptionen hade inte alltid kommunicerat och det var några gäster som hade bokat bord på restaurangen tidigare samma dag som inte fanns med på listan. Några gäster fick även värdecheck på efterrätt som inte restaurangen kände till. Frukosten var jättegod! Middag i restaurangen helt okej. I stort ett mycket trevligt och avslappnat boende med trevliga gemensamma ytor i huvudbyggnaden och fantastisk utemiljö. Underbart att se Finlandsfärjan gå förbi utanför fönstret. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Det var et flott sted. Stort stille rom. God kingsize seng. Fin bad. Fin stor bassegn med boblebad. God frokost. Minus for at det fantes ingen torker for våte klær på badet. For et hotell med SPA og en badebrygga - dette burde være en selvfølge. Minus for at det fanten hverken kjøleskap eller vannkoker på rommet. Minus for altfor tidlig frokost på hverdager, fra 7 til 9.00.
