The staff were nice and residents in apartment block were nice too. The location is good, near Sant Agnello train station, the Curreiri bus stop and the bus to Sorrento. There is a bit of an uphill walk to the property, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Property is on 8th floor of a building with a lift. When lift was busy or not working, had to take stairs. The red room had nice views. There was a strange smell coming from the shower drain. I wanted to use the AC, but when AC was switched on, through the vents there appeared to be black spots that looked like mold on the back of the unit/wall. The smell of the cleaning products was overwhelming. I did not want my room cleaned because the products were too strong. The products used to clean or freshen air in the hallway were also overwhelming. In the early hours of the morning there was a lot of noise coming from the road outside.
