10/10 Exceptional

The room was clean with plenty of plugs. The beds were good and the shower was outstanding. A special note was the hotel’s Breakfast. My wife and I travel often and except for Germany and The Nederlands this was the best breakfast ever! We would definitely stay here again.

10/10 Exceptional

The front desk staff at check-in was fantastic. Alot of their systems were down and she just carried on smoothly. The room was very nice. They have a refrigerator, a nice TV, AC. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of food. Check out is at noon, which allowed us to sleep in and not rush.

8/10 Very good

Stayed here on short notice for baseball tournament. Fairly new renovations to common areas and rooms. Shower was hot, had good pressure and room was clean. The other entrances were propped open with a rock so I removed it since that's a security issue that should have sensors on the doors to alert staff.

2/10 Poor

Front staff was super nice, got to room and was filthy, gummies all over floor, clothes in chair bed, hair on blankets, was put into another room and was even worse, trash on floor, packets of something all over floor, floors not vacuumed and more clothes in chair bed, toenails on floor by bed, went to breakfast and was treated very bad by employee, told front staff at checkout, took name and said would contact but I doubt it will happen , very bad experience, had 2 year old with us, could have been bad. Never complain, but this was a have to
