We have stayed in 3 different hotels out in Natchitoches, LA visiting my son that is in college. This was by far the best one. The lobby was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was great, the bed and room were immaculate. I will 100% be staying there from here on out when I come to visit. Thanks to your staff for doing such a wonderful job!! I will be a permanent customer.

6/10 Good

The location, breakfast staff, and night staff were wonderful. The day staff wouldn’t go look for the sunglasses (Ray-Bans) we left in the room. So we came back to get them ourselves and they weren’t there anymore. I don’t appreciate that at all.

The hotel was okay for a brief stay, no significant complaints. It was overpriced for the small town and area. Staff was very friendly.
