There was an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink. The staff member on duty (Ajin) tried to fix the problem. When he couldn’t, he immediately offered to move us to a different room. The next morning, a different staff member, James, assisted us in recovering items left in the vacated room. Both staff members were very helpful and very pleasant. The included breakfast was very good!!
