Wonderful Hotel with lovely views. Levi who checked us in was super nice and really helpful, we received a delicious cake sent up to our room which was a wonderful surprise 😄 The room was very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. There was alot to choose from for breakfast and the fruit was nice and fresh too. We had a wonderful stay.

A true five-star experience! You simply can’t beat the location. Pier One Sydney Harbour is in the heart of everything, with beautiful, spacious rooms, stylish decor, breathtaking harbor and city views, and arguably the best sunset view in Sydney. My husband and I stayed for the Sydney Marathon, and the staff was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They went above and beyond by providing all the runners staying at the hotel with prepackaged gifts filled with snacks and goodies for race weekend. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch! Easily one of our best hotel stays. Highly recommend Pier One to anyone visiting Sydney. We’ll absolutely be back on our next visit!

Really enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly, especially the nice welcome from Taki. Room was comfy and the areas within the hotel were nice for relaxing and dining. The $2 oyster happy hour deal between 5 & 6pm is great! Very friendly service in the restaurant too, the Wednesday evening fish special was delicious.

An absolutely fabulous stay in Sydney. The staff were very attentive, the king size bed was like sleeping on a giant cloud, the laundry service was impeccable and the room service was delicious. I don’t think there’s a better location to stay for a conference, right in the heart of it all!! Not to mention, the view from the room was amazing. Walking distance to Bangarra’s rehearsal Studios and walking distance to the Sydney Opera House for the Sydney Dance company show, Engine, it was honestly a fabulous few days . There was nothing I could fault about my stay at Pier one.

Room was very clean. View was wonderful. On arrival the valet service was prompt and very courteous. Great location! Breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of food. The rating of 4/5 was due to the slow service. All the staff was very friendly but we received very slow service 2 nights in the lounge and one morning at breakfast. I am unsure if more staff is needed.

We requested a room change with direct access to the pier and great views - management and staff were most helpful and the room was excellent. Our dinner at the restaurant was very good, as was drinks and casual dining at the Pier Bar - the Happy Hour Cocktails, and particularly the Happy Hour Oysters (5-6pm weekdays) at Pier Bar (enjoyed on multiple nights) were delicious and great value.
