The room was clean, the biggest issue we have is we were there for 6 days total and the room was not serviced once, even after I requested it. We had to go to the laundry room and take our used towels and wash cloths down to exchange them, most times someone (Staff) just told us go ahead and get them. Outside of the property was not maintained at all, the grass was knee high and there was trash all over the par king lot. Front desk staff was great. Only other thing that was bothersome was even though we paid with a credit card, they requested a $150 cash deposit in case of damages (which we got back). Breakfast was just the normal, it was ok, nothing special, but sufficient. Last thing is the management should police the NO SMOKING (pot and cigarettes) policy, as there were plenty of both going on in the rooms.

Initial experience poor as room not clean. Sheets/towels dirty and stained. Tub, sink and toilet not clean. Staff unable to give new room but accommodated with changing linens. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was better than imagined it would be. Everything needs a good scrubbing from the linens to rooms to halls to dining room and would be better. Just a quick stop on a long trip but will not go back on our return trips though.
