This place is OK if you just need a night's rest from traveling. There are no black out curtains so if you need to sleep in, good luck. The elevator is on the frits and felt rather unsafe. They need to work on creating an appetizing breakfast. I skipped that. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area is sketchy though. Went I stepped outside, someone approached me asking for money.

Multiple cleanliness issues. Also, the outlet behind the bed where the headboard lights plug in had no cover and was very loose. The cord was missing its coating and shorted out immediately. We unplugged it and went without because we were only staying a few hours anyway. Otherwise, we would probably have just left. I will avoid this one in the future.

EV charger on site worked. The pool was heated. That’s it. The room was 80° even though the thermostat was set to 68°. Corridors were poorly lit (there were lights all down the hall, and they were all on). The facility was overall grimy and rundown. It was fine for the one night we stayed but we would not stay there again.

The woman who seemed to run it, spent most of her time on her phone. Check in was, show me your id, how are you paying, elevator is over there. Breakfast, no regular coffee, no cups to measure batter for waffles, two of the hot containers were empty no idea what food was supposed to be in them. And she was on her phone walking around. We stay often at Quality Inn’s, this is the first time we ran into this.

The hotel itself was very rundown and just dirty. There was large smell of Marijuana in most areas, including pool area. I had small children with me so this was upsetting since we were not able to use these amenities. We did tell hotel staff but they didnt seem to care. I would not be surprised if it wasn't them. Then our room had no air conditioning. This was terrible especially with it being almost 100 degrees outside. When we complained they seemed aggravated with us because they had to do something. After a while they did finally agree to move us to a different room. After the lack of cleanliness and it being so rundown i will not be returning or recommending. This was such a let down for us with us having the kids amd it just being hot and not even being able to swim. Really hope this is looked into because it should not be recommended.
